Complete in-depth interviews with at least 2 managing directors; in-person if requested and via the web. Provide insightful candidate interview reports.

Coordinate candidate interviews and negotiate Client's offer to successful candidate.

Our search fee INCLUDE 100 DAYS OF EXECUTIVE COACHING DURING THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES ONBOARDING PERIOD, to make sure your new executive is successfully onboarded and hits the ground running, and… importantly, meeting your organization’s business goals.
